Main Features
1.Control the moisture content of white billet furniture before painting:solve the quality problem of the deformation, cracking and the paint falling off due to the excessive moisture content of the the finished products
2.When the moisture content of the white billet furniture is at 16%,the microwave drying equipment can control the moisture content below 12% in 2~3 hours.
3.After drying the white billet furniture with microwave ,the wood feature becomes more stable and the worm eggs can completely be killed.
4. Even in the dry radiant floor heating room of the Northern,the white billet furniture wouldn’t easily distort and crack after 70 degree high temperature drying with microwave.
5.Control easily:the entire drying process can realize the function of starting automatically, controlling temperature automatically, feeding and catching automatically.meanwhile, it can realize one-button boot function.
6.Energy conservation and environment protection:Due to the unheated environment , there is no waste gas and waste water drainage, meanwhile microwave drying is fast, so it is a high-tech drying technology.
