1.Material pre-processing
Mix flour with salt, alkali and water as a certain ration into small pieces.
2.Mix and ripen
Mix the flour to dough for 20 minutes and make it suck water enough.
Nets will appear on the surface of the dough after it inflating enough. Then keep it for 10 minutes(temperature:20-30°C) and then process on the machine.
3.Forming process
Put the mixed dough into the multifunctional snacks food making machine. The shell-shaped snack willbe put out after rolling again and again.
Fry the shell and this machine can separate the shell automatically.
Namely put shells into the mould and begin the frying process automatically.
4.Frying
Put the uniform shell into the fryer with the mould(oil temperature180°C) for 1 minute and fish them out,dry by air and package them.
Note: you had better use palm oil( or plant oil and lard oil with the ration 1:1, highest temperature of the oil 200°C)
