BRIEF PROCESS OF SOLVENT EXTRACTION SYSTEM: BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF SOLVENT EXTRACTION SYSTEM:(1) Function: Essential oil extraction machine is an oil extractor through soaking or spraying pre-pressed cake by a certain organic solvent. The principle of this part is the different solubility of solvent.
(2) Use range: Essential oil extraction machine fits for pre-press extraction of high-oil- content materials and direct once time extraction of low-oil-content materials.
(3) Main parts: The essential oil extraction machine series includes rotary extractor, toaster, 1st evaporator, 2nd evaporator, stripping tower, condenser, etc.
ADVANTAGES OF LD'E SOLVENT EXTRACTION SYSTEM:
1) The material is divided into several independent units on the material bed, which can
effectively prevent miscella at all levels from fleeing hither and thither on the material layer and
ensure the concentration gradient between several sprays;
2) Immersion area appears in each lattice, which can help achieve better immersion effect;
3) The chain box is supported by track and can prolong the service life of screen deck by not
touching it;
4) The towline extractor is driven by world leading double-shaft hydraulic motor, with balance
force, reliable operation and less maintenance cost;
5) Specialty suitable for the extraction of high oil and high power materials, and better immersion
effect can be expected for ordinary oil plants.
BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF DTDC
DTDC serial desolventizer toaster is one of the best desolventizing equipment in oil extraction plant, it can finish desolventizing, cooking and drying the extracted meal.
Cooperated with steam drying conveyor designed by LD'e company, it can adjust the outlet temperature of meal to 5-10℃ above surrounding temperature and the meal can be packed and stored directly.
Pre-desolventizing adopts four-story indirect steam heating, desolventizing adopts direct steam heating and drying adopts hot air.
On each story, there is stirring and auto-control equipment, thus making pre-desolventizing, desolventizing and drying completely, and decreasing the residual solvent in the meal effectively.
On the basis of keeping the protein activity in the meal on the utmost, the activity of urease is decreased to about 0.3mgN/g.min.
