WHAT IS THE SCREW PRESS MACHINE LIKE??

BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF PRETREATMENT/PEPRESS:

Seeds→Magnitic seperating→Cleaning →Husking→ Flaking→Cooking →Pressing

FUNCTION OF MAIN EQUIPMENTS:

1. Raw material: peanut, soybean, rapeseed, sesame, sunflowerseeds, linseed, pumpkin seeds, cottonseed etc.

2. Magnetic separator: Clearing the iron impurity which might be in the seed.

3. Cleaning: This parts have different size cleaning sieves to clean the different impurities.

4. Husking:this can help improve the oil yield from seed,and reduce wear to the machine .

5. Flaking: making use of the mechanical action to flake the seed into flakiness.

6. Cooker: This machine can adjust the water content of the seed. It’s also good for edible oil processing machine and oil extraction section.

The processing plants can be divided into two kinds:

One is hot processing, which includes steam cooker and oil press. The steam cooker is used for oilseeds pretreatment before pressing.

The other is the cold processing. The advantage of this kind of machine is the lower temperature when press the seeds. It is about 80 degree, which can protect the nutrition element in the oil.
