The Details of Toast Bread Production Line

Step1 : Put dry flour and enough water into dough mixer to stir them; then put the raw materials, mixing uniformity until smooth dough

Step2 : Put the dough into the Hydraulic divider machine. Then divide it into 20pcs equally. Each part weight is 250g-1000g.

Step3 : Put the split dough into the toast moulder, this machine can shape the dough into the toast shape.

Step4 : Put the shaped dough into the toast pan, next put the pans on the baking rock, then put them into the proofer room for 60-90mins.

Step5 : Put the baking trolley into the rotary oven to bake for about 30 minutes.

Step6 : Final, take the toast out the oven, after cooling, use the bread slicer to slice the toast into 31pieces.
